The work around suggested earlier in these posts (go to ECU website to one of the accounts, pick an account and a date range and click download transactions, et.). I did that and it connected and downloaded to my computer, but when I imported that file it into Quicken, it created and opened duplicate accounts and downloaded transactions going back 6 months rather than the small time frame I asked for (I picked the last few days just to test things out). It is completely screwed up and I'll not take the time to go back and delete all of the duplicate downloads to what I put in myself. I also don't want it to create a new "account" because all of my previous transactions will not sync with the new accounts I created. I went back to my last saved download and will just download transactions manually as I have been doing for the past several months unless anyone has a better suggestion.

It sounds like instead of linking accounts, they are getting added as duplicates. To correct this, you would delete the duplicate accounts (or restore a backup) first. Then make sure the accounts are disconnected and go through the process again.
I understand that you said you do not want to take the time to go through this process, but if you decide to, I would call Quicken Support so they can walk you through it in real-time.

I spent almost 3 hours with someone at the help desk and they helped me get everything straightened out. He was awesome and things are back to normal. 😊

I value your three hours with the help desk. But what was their Majic? You might not want to answer. That would be ok!

Their magic was knowing how to navigate through all of the Quicken "tools" to find the right combination of tasks to perform and reset all of the accounts.
