I spend hours yesterday uploading documents in to LifeHub - mostly PDF, Word and JPEGs. When I logged on to LifeHub today, the dozens of items I created are visible, but none of the uploaded documents appear. It is not an issue just for one or two items, ALL the documents I spend hours uploading are not visible. I am using lates version of Mac OS and Safari. The items are likewise appearing in the iPhone app, but not the uploaded documents. Help!!

LifeHub is an unmitigated disaster. After spending 8 hours yesterday uploading documents using their AI feature, they all disappeared today - items created remained, but the attached files (mostly PDFs) were lost. After another 2 hours today on live chat, tech support advised my documents will never be recovered, and he offered me a free month's addition to my subscription. How insulting - it shows the value Quicken places on its customers' time. I am planning to delete all my data from LifeHub, cancel my subscription, and check out a better solution - [Removed - 3rd Party Software] looks promising. Avoid Quicken LifeHub - if you use it, you will regret it!

    Hello @PJRitter,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I forwarded it to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution.

If you're willing, please provide more details on the documents that disappeared. Approximately what file size were they? Were the documents text, images, or a mix? You mentioned they were mostly PDF, Word, and JPG files. What other file types went missing?

I look forward to your reply!

I am also having this problem. I have uploaded documents via attaching them or taking a picture and they show up and seem uploaded. However, I come back to find that uploaded document is missing or not showing up. I reupload and it happens again.

As a new user, this is definitely making me consider asking for a refund. How can I trust that my documents will be there when I need them, when I have uploaded them multiple times and they disappear right away?

My documents were a mix of photos I took directly using the in app camera on the LifeHub iphone app and additionally PDF documents attached in the Lifehub portal on PC. All were small documents of 1 - 2 pages or less. Or 1 - 2 photos per upload. The PDFs weren't more than 200KB at most.

    Hello @justkayetoday,

Thank you for letting us know you're also seeing this issue. I added you to the ticket.

To help our teams investigate, please provide more information:

    • Do all uploaded files vanish, or do only some vanish?
      • If it's only some, do they have anything in common?
    • Which web browser are you using?

I look forward to your reply!

I answered most of your questions in my post above. To answer what I haven't:
There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to which files are disappearing. But, most of the PDFs attached via PC LifeHub portal and images using the in-app camera on IOS are disappearing. I'd say 80% of everything I've tried adding has disappeared at least once, if not multiple times.

I'm using Edge for the web portal and the IOS app - only for items where I need to take a picture of the document/item to upload it via the in-app camera feature.

I am having the exact same problem. All of my files are PDF. I have uploaded them all at least twice and the next time I open the app, they are gone. This is really frustrating and a huge bug in this app. I am going to have to cancel and move to an alternative service.
