Connection problem adding Tower FCU

This was closed but never resolved for me. I still can't add this institution, and it's been months.

    Based on the discussion you linked in your earlier post, it appears you've already done the initial troubleshooting for this issue. To continue troubleshooting this issue, please try temporarily changing your password with the financial institution. Please make the password between 6 and 20 characters long and avoid special characters that can sometimes cause issues with Quicken. These special characters are the ampersand (&), left carat (<), right carat (>), backslash (\), and forward slash (/). Once the password is changed, please try adding the financial institution to your Quicken file again.

    Password changed and same error. I made sure those 4 characters were not in the pwd

    Something else is weird. There are 2 selections for Tower Federal Credit Union (bottom 2). Both have the correct URL but the 3rd one has the correct logo but the 4th one does not. Why are there 2 here?

    I checked our list of supported financial institutions (FIDIR), and it looks like there are two connection options because they go to two slightly different URLs. The URL associated with Tower FCU goes directly to the login page. The URL associated with Tower Federal Credit Union goes to the registration page.
