Online Biller SetUp

Has anyone ever successfully set up an online biller in the new version? I have tried multiple times, for multiple billers and either they never move from "pending" state or return a "failed" state without any explanation.

I have verified the information is correct, have re-tried, have deleted and started over and I have not been able to get one biller set up successfully since the update was delivered.

Any tips or ideas from someone who has had success using this feature?

    To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
      • Please provide the exact file path as shown in the example below. image.png
    • Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?
    • Could you please provide the names of the Online Billers you have attempted to add so far?
    • Could you please provide a screenshot of the result you receive when attempting to add an Online Biller?
      • If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Your answers will help us diagnose the issue more effectively.

    It is on my C drive.

    I have done review and repair online billers, that keeps finding the same 2 local bills missing from the server even though I delete them, but does not seem to do anything. Not sure what other troubleshooting steps to take as there is no information given when they remain pending or fail.

    I have tried adding Commonwealth Edison, Verizon, Nicor Gas, Capital One, ezcard, Discover, Comcast, Hanover Insurance. Not a one of these successfully gets set up.

    I very much doubt that we'll ever see a version of Bill Manager which works reliably with all billing systems. Please consider this better alternative

    Since you’ve already gone through the available in-product troubleshooting (including reviewing/repairing online billers and re-adding them), the next best step would be to contact Quicken Support directly. At this point, they’ll likely need to escalate the issue for further investigation.

    I do not use quicken to pay bills. I use the integration (or at least I used to when it worked) to know what is owed rather than have to log on to each site and look at the upcoming bill to enter in my register. This feature worked flawlessly for years, some update over the last year broke it and it has not worked since.
