Clearview FCU direct connect down [Edited]

I have been unable to connect for over 5 days now, contacted Clearview and so far no resolution.

Maybe you could help here in getting this issue rectified?

    Thank you for reporting the issues you are experiencing.

    I have a couple of questions for you:

    • You said you have been unable to connect for 5 days. Have you been getting an error message when attempting to update your accounts?
      • If so, what error are you receiving?
    • When you contacted the bank, what information did they have on the issue?
