Thank you for sharing your experience and reporting the error you are getting.
The CC-601 error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting.
As you know, we do have an Open Alert for this issue affecting multiple banks. I see that you have already submitted your log files. Thank you for that! I will gather them and get you added to the escalation ticket.

Our team has implemented a fix for this issue.
Please try connecting again and let us know how it goes. If the issue is not resolved, please go to Help>Report a problem>Send to Quicken from within your Quicken software to submit log files.
Once you have done that, please provide a screenshot of the error as well. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on attaching a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
