Why can't I login to my Fidelity Account?

Every time I try to login to my Fidelity Account, my login id successful but Quicken says the connection was unsuccessful. Using Windows 11.

    Thank you for sharing your experience.

    After checking your connections internally, I am not seeing any connection attempts with Fidelity. Please provide more information:

    • How long has this been happening?
    • What type of account is it that is not updating?
    • Are your accounts with other financial institutions connecting without any issues?
    • Are you being presented with any error messages in Quicken?
      • If so, what error is it?
      • Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing may be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
