    Thank you for reporting the issue you are having with Discover.

    After checking your connections internally, I don't see any error messages, which is good. Please provide more information:

    • How long has this issue been happening?
    • Are you receiving any error messages?
    • What type of account(s) are affected by this?
    • How many accounts are being affected by this?
    • Where exactly is this issue occurring?
      • Is this happening in the desktop software, or on Quicken on the Web?
    • Is your account balance updating, but no transactions are coming in?
    • Do you have other accounts in Quicken that are updating properly?
