Online Balance no longer updating
Is anyone having this issue? I have always had the online balance show up in my individual ledger(s) for bank and credit card accounts on the lower left side. Now all of the sudden I am getting the number of transactions instead and when I click on it its showing the same online balance in the trillions (I wish I had that amount) for all ledgers. Why is it doing this, a glitch???

What version are you using?
I can't be sure of course but I think that at least for the last few years - maybe more - the information line below the Register looks like:
You're saying the Online Balance has, for you, been at the left most position, where Transactions are showing as above?
In all my Spending Accounts the dollar amount shown at the far left along side the Transactions is the same as the Ending Balance at the far right.

Instead of Online Balance, I am getting the number of transactions. Online balance no longer shows up.

Thank you for reaching out. I'd appreciate it if you could share a bit more information.
- Where is your Quicken data file located? To check, please open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, under recent files, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open. Please let me know the full file path shown there.
- Is your file being backed up/ synced by any third-party services like Carbonite, OneDrive, or Backblaze?
- Have you tried restoring a backup from a date before the issue started?
