Something changed in the last 10 days with this Financial Institution connection.. Previously, I was able to get all my Bank of America and Merrill Lynch accounts with this one connection. Now, I am getting the Bank of America transactions and balances, but I get nothing back for Merrill accounts,. a cc-501 error is returned since some accounts (all Merrill) are failing. I could not find any posts on this topic specifically. When I view all the accounts in Online Center under the Merrill Lynch Investments financial institution, the online balance shows as N/A. R66.28, 27.1.66.28

    Upon reviewing your account connection on our end, we do not see any internal errors occurring for your most recent connection attempt. However, if you are still seeing error CC-501 on your end—this error typically occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information.

    • Wait about 24 hours and then try again.
