Raymond James QFX file error

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Trying to add my Raymond James accounts into Quicken. Following the process thru Raymond James, but the file is erroring out before I get it to Quicken. Getting a 500-Internal Server Error.
Has anyone else incurred this? How did you resolve it?

Thank you for reaching out. I'd appreciate it if you could confirm which connection method you’re using: Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, or Web Connect.
Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could submit your log files by following these steps:
- Open Quicken
- Click Help
- Select Report a Problem
- Click Send to Quicken
