EECU-Fresno Can no longer log-in

Using an M1 2021 iMac running Tahoe 26.4.1, and I can no longer log in to our EECU-Fresno Bank. I'm getting a message that states, "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for EECU-Fresno."

I disconnected the account(s) and tried to reconnect, but still received the same message. I can log in via the internet to my EECU account(s), no problem.

Has anybody else been having this problem? It started Thursday, 4/16/26.

    Thank you for sharing what you’re experiencing.

    I checked your account on our end and am seeing a different error than the one you reported, specifically, an FDP-106 error. There is a support article for this error that recommends deactivating and reactivating the accounts; however, since you’ve already tried those steps, the next best course of action would be to contact Quicken Support directly.

    They’ll be able to guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the issue if needed.
