Problems with transaction management/download - need help
Quicken Classic, Windows 11. Transactions are not matching like they used to; the category for transfers is set to the account that is transferred from instead of TO. Balances don't match anymore with online. Duplicate entries that when i delete one, it corrupts the link on the other and I end up losing the whole transaction with no recovery.
What is going on? This product literally fell apart this year.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
It sounds like you could be experiencing data file issues. I have some follow-up questions for you:
- How long have you been experiencing these issues?
- What, if any, troubleshooting have you already done?
- Where is your data file located?
- You can see this by going to File. The first file listed near the bottom of the menu is the one you are currently in. The file path will be displayed there, which is what we are looking for.
- Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like Dropbox, OneDrive, or Carbonite?
The more information you can provide, the better.
