Stock Quotes are no longer downloading consistently

Over the past couple weeks or so, most stock quotes are not downloading. A few do, most don't. 8 different investment accounts, all with Fidelity (pre-tax, post-tax, 401k). Transactions are downloading.

I have signed-out/signed-in, made sure I am signed out on all devices, ecept the primary one, un-installled and re-installed quicken, validated and super-validates (no errors), deactivated and reactivated all Fidelity accounts. unchecked and rechecked auto quote update and real time quotes. None of these have fixed the issue.

Any other ideas?

    Thank you for taking the time to outline everything you’ve already tried—that’s really helpful, and it sounds like you’ve covered all the appropriate troubleshooting steps on your end.

    Given that:

    • Transactions are downloading normally
    • The issue is isolated to stock quotes
    • And you’ve already performed sign-out/in, reinstall, validation, and account reactivation

    At this point, the next best step would be to contact Quicken Support directly so they can take a deeper look. They have access to tools that can further investigate what’s happening behind the scenes and escalate the issue if needed.
