error after logging in, time out - America’s Credit Union
My FI is having an issue when connecting Quicken to us. They switched Digital Banking Vendors and the connection error has been there since. This is for Americas Credit Union.
Connectivity is functioning properly with Plaid, Yodlee, and other aggregators.
Can you confirm the complete endpoint mapping currently configured for America’s Credit Union across all OAuth flows.
Please provide the exact values configured for:
-Authorization URL
- Token URL
- Redirect URI
- Account API endpoint
- Refresh token endpoint
Initial authentication succeeds but the refresh/update process fails and redirects to a 404 at
"https://account.americascu.org/a/consumer/api/v0/oidc/auth"
which indicates inconsistent endpoint usage between the initial authorization flow and the refresh/token flow which is probably due to the SSO domain changed.
Intuit’s internal FI Directory likely still has legacy endpoints cached and refresh calls don’t go through the same path as first-time auth. Can you confirm that all endpoints, including any cached or legacy configurations, reference the same production domain and environment?

Hello @Generic5687,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:
- Are you encountering this issue in Quicken for Mac, Quicken for Windows, or Quicken Simplifi?
- When did this issue start?
- Is this happening with accounts that are connected and trying to update, or with accounts that you're trying to add/reconnect?
- At what point in the process are you encountering this issue?
- If possible, please list step-by-step what is happening and when the issue happens.
- Sometimes, issues like this can be caused by a browser security setting or extension. Have you tried using an alternate browser?
I look forward to your response!
Quicken Kristina
