Can't sign in to my Citi account

I am trying to add my Citi credit card account to Quicken. I'm able to sign in to my Citi account via their website. However, Quicken will not allow me to sign in to verify my account at Citi. Using the same user name and password that I use to sign in to my account at Citi's website. Quicken returns the message "Please enter a valid username and/or password and try again." I am using the correct user name and password that allows me to sign into my account via Citi's website.

Any thoughts or suggestions

    I have a few questions to better understand the issue:

    • Which browser are you using during the authorization process?
    • Do you have any VPN or antivirus software active?
    • When signing in, are you using autofill? If so, could you try entering your username and password manually?

    @Jerry Pederson What browser are you running?

    One of my credit cards just moved from BarclayBank to Citi cards and my default browser (Firefox) was having problems with setting things up for download into Q.

    SO, for a couple of minutes I switched the default to MS Edge, and everything went smoothly. Then I switched back to Firefox.

    Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4
    Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Business & Personal
