AAdvantage Citi card not downloading transactions
Downloads seem to have stopped on April 20th. I made sure I authorized Citi to connect to Quicken. I deactivated the account and re-activated the account made sure I authorized Citi to connect to Quicken, still no downloads. I tried a reset and did the authorization thing again, still no downloads. I don't see any issues with Citi posted. If I try a direct download from Citi nothing happens in Quicken. Are there any other steps I can take to start getting downloads. Thank you.

I did the deactivate from Quicken and removal of authorization from Citi. Re-added the Citi accounts in Quicken and reauthorized data sharing at Citi. Everything seem to be working. I'm getting downloads and can see Pending Transactions. Not sure if this was something on Quickens end or Citi's.

I have an AAdvantage card that was previously issued by BarclayBank and transitioned to Citi on 4/27 … and once got it activated w/ Citi I've had no issue.
SO, are you getting any error codes or messages? Can you download into other accounts in Q?
When you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns next to this account?

So I went into Tools and found the account. It was not connected despite previous attempts that said it was connected. I clicked on Activate Downloads, and I did the reauthorization again but despite saying it was downloading the past 8 days of transactions it only downloaded the last two.
However, when I did a One Step Update follow-up it did not show the account was connected. Going back to the Tools Account List it now shows "Activate Downloads" again. I do not see columns for "Last Download" or Financial Institution" in the Tools, Account List screen?
