Barclays Web sync and downloads do not work

    Barclays is now downloading multiple transactions — so I have duplicates in Quicken I have to match with their website.

    To clarify, is it downloading the same transaction multiple times (creating duplicates), or are the duplicates a result of the transactions being entered manually or imported?

    In Quicken-Windows and Quicken-Mac, my Barclays Bank credit card transactions still don't download directly. But I can get the transactions to be entered into Quicken-Windows and Quicken-Mac if I go to the Barclays Bank website and manually download transactions to a .qfx file, which I can then import/open in Quicken-Windows and Quicken-Mac.

    When I try to set up my Barclays Bank credit card for automatic download into Quicken-Windows and Quicken-Mac, it continually asks whether I've entered the correct credentials, even though the username and password are entered correctly. But if I enter the same credentials directly into the Barclays Bank website, I can access my account, and from there I can manually download my transactions into a .qfx file, as described above.

    Quicken Support: please keep working on this, as Quicken is still having a problem with Barclays Bank credit card downloads. Thank you!
