Quicken not connecting to Live Oak Bank
Since late April (which coincides with release of version R67.7) I have not been able to direct connect Quicken to Live Oak Bank. It worked fine before this. Attached is the screen I get stuck on. This screen appears after I enter my correct Access ID and PIN. I can go no further from this point.

Based on the behavior you described, it appears Quicken is successfully reaching the financial institution, but the connection is not progressing past the Access ID/PIN authentication step. Since the Access ID and PIN credentials are issued and managed directly by Live Oak Bank for Direct Connect, we recommend contacting the financial institution directly so they can verify that your credentials are still active and properly configured for Quicken connectivity.
They may need to reset or re-enable the Direct Connect access on their end, or confirm whether there have been any recent changes to their connection setup requirements.
