tnx - it seems that Quicken randomly changes the Opening Balance - Is yours changed to some random number - or is the transaction line item totally gone ? We have suggested that users copy the amount…1 -

it appears the Print screen can not be resized - but mine shows fine - So - what is the resolution of your computer screen - my laptop is currently - 1280x800 -1
