My suggestion would be to try again … But this time deactivate ALL accounts (13, if I counted that correctly) and then reactivate them (using Tools / Add Account), making sure to correctly LINK them …1 -

Worked for me as well. It added a bunch of charges, but I do not know where. However, it affected my balance, which was corrected after a reconciliation.1 -
