Hi Mary,Mary Smith said:I would guess they all are correct, but I just want to see the balance my computer has, & not online balance without having to scroll to find it. It’s not a big problem. I don’t know why it says “updated 10 months ago” for the balance.
The Online Balance is the current balance provided by your Financial Institution when downloading new transactions. The last updated date in the Mobile App comes from the desktop software and indicates when the last time the account was updated in Quicken. My assumption is that you are manually entering your transactions into the account and are not downloading them from the Financial Institution so the last time the update was connected to the Financial Institution was 10 months ago.
If that assumption is incorrect, please let us know so we may look into the discrepancy further.
As of right now the Mobile App will default to showing the Online Balance, however that will be changed in an upcoming update to show "Today's Balance" instead although we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration experienced in the meantime.
Thank you,

Yes, "Today's Balance" is now the default as of v5.0.44 but it is still in staged release, as they fix some bugs (so they are currently at v5.0.47).Mary Smith said:I would guess they all are correct, but I just want to see the balance my computer has, & not online balance without having to scroll to find it.
