System Not Compatible Error when Installing [edited]

I just purchased an upgrade for Quicken. While installing on my computer it uninstalled my current version, then came back with a message that it could not install the new version because my system was not compatible. Now I have NO quicken on my computer at all. All of my data is gone. Help!
