I cannot get my credit union bank accounts to download.

    Please share what version of Quicken you are using, the name of the credit union, and your connection method in the account's set-up (Web Connect, Quicken Connect or Direct Connect).

    PSECU-new, Mac subscription latest update, quicken connect? I am not the original poster but have same issue with my credit union starting infrequently in nov, to a complete fail in January. Even setting up new file will not rectify.
