I get the same kind of error when I try to sync, and as a result none of the transactions I've entered on the Quicken mobile app get sync'd. Last time this happened, I cut the "problem" transaction, then repasted into my register. When I tried to sync again, the Quicken program "hangs" with a black screen and the progress circle shows, but has stopped spinning. This sync error problem has been recurring for me and is really frustrating when I think about all the transactions I enter on my phone (all cash) that aren't getting into my wallet register.0
