Take a look at your Memorized Payee List (CTRL-T) and see if the payee is listed there. It's most likely that the MPL is where Q is getting this transaction.
Simply delete the memorized transaction.

Just FYI, bank transactions are ALWAYS oblivious to splits and only transmit the total transaction. Any split info you see in your register is coming from somewhere else: memorized or scheduled transaction.
