I'm not sure what question you asked, but Quicken Windows to Quicken Mac conversion has been part of the Quicken Mac product since it debuted in August 2014. As long as you are using Quicken Windows 2011 or later, you can convert to Quicken Mac.
Most data gets converted successfully, but some things do not transfer over. For instance, if you have attachments in your Windows data, they do not come over to Quicken Mac. Saved reports will not transfer; you will need to re-create them in Quicken Mac. You might want to review these links on the quicken website with more details about steps to take prior to conversion, and what will and won't get converted:

Quicken Mac is not equivalent to Quicken Windows, in some ways subtle and in some cases significant, so you will need to spend some time getting to know the Mac product to insure it meets your needs.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935 -

Actually, the minimum default is QW2010. That said, there is a conversion path from QWin as far back as QW98.
