"Quicken is not installed on this machine" when installing patch

Just tried to install the patch and it said "Quicken is not installed on this machine". I even opened Quicken and it closed it with the same error message. Looks like you have more work to do.

The error message MIGHT mean that you're running one Q product and you downloaded the patch for another product (say, a later or earlier product year). 

THUS, as an example, the QW Subscription patch wouldn't find QW Subscription if you're running QW2017 (or before).
