How do I personalize the generic email?

I want to change the generic email to email out invoices because I don't want to have to change it every single time before sending it out. Is this possible?

And, what Q product and BUILD of that product are you running? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

I have the Quicken newest version of Home, Business & Rental Property 2020, version R24.11 Build 27.1.24.11 on Win10. When I email an invoice to a customer, I don't like the generic email that comes up. I figured out how to edit that email before sending but I'd like to change it permanently and HELP doesn't bring up any how-to's for that. Any ideas?
