Downloaded transactions automatically added to register?

Hi all. I'm a long time Quicken for Windows user that's trying to help my daughter get started with Quicken for Mac. She is using the newest subscription version. I have a couple questions about the Mac version that we can't figure out.
1) It appears that all her downloaded transactions are automatically being added to their respective account registers. Is there anyway to download the transactions but require them to be reviewed before they are added to the register? As an example, in the Windows versions this is an option that can be turned on or off (Edit -> Preferences -> Downloaded transactions -> Automatically add to banking registers).
2) The downloaded transactions show in the register with a blue status dot. We've edited / corrected several of the transactions but the blue dot remains. It seems that the only way to indicate the transaction has been reviewed is to click the dot and select reviewed. Is there anyway to automatically set edited transactions as reviewed (no blue dot)?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

1) Short answer: no, there isn't. But you can use the blue dot as an indicator that you have "accepted" them, or rather, not yet accepted them. Clear the blue dot when you are comfortable with them being in the register. (See note below)
2) No, there's no automatic clearing of the blue dot. But you can clear a bunch at once by selecting them all and then menu Transactions > Set Status > Reviewed. Or you can right-click them and use the contextual menu. Or, you can set a keyboard shortcut for the Reviewed menu item (as you can for any Mac app) using the procedure described here:
macOS Custom Keyboard Shortcuts
Note: #1 is the subject of great debate within the QMac user community. Personally, I find using the blue dot just as good as a pre-acceptance bin. Other vehemently disagree. There is an Idea post somewhere on the forum that you can vote for a register acceptance workflow. But the product manager has pretty much indicated that it's not going to happen.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s6 -
As has been pointed out, the preview of downloaded transactions does not currently exist in QMac. Meanwhile, you can add your VOTE to Restore Transactions Downloading Acceptance and Matching workflow.
First, click on the underlined link above to go there, then click the little grey triangle under the VOTE count at the top of page 1 in the blue banner, so your vote will count for THIS feature and increase its visibility to the developers by seeking to have the features you need or desire end up in the latest version (it may take a moment for your vote to register).(If the triangle is black, your vote has already been counted.)
