If I don't upgrade to 2020, can I still use 2017?

Though you can continue to use QM2017 in manual mode, you will lose all online functionality after Apr 30, 2020, including importing downloaded data using QFX file format. The only manual import that is still supported for unsupported or expired versions is the import of security prices using a CSV file format.
