What is the best way to Categorize a transaction when it appears in two accounts?

Both accounts have Quicken Connect, so the transactions download automatically. I regularly transfer money from one to the other and have been 'categorizing' them as "Transfers" in my primary account. However, the downloaded transaction also appears in the secondary account. Should I categorize the Primary account transaction as "Transfers:[Secondary Account]?

If you get downloads into both accounts, just delete one of the downloaded transactions if you're making the other one a transfer. The transfer records the transaction in both accounts, so you don't need the downloaded half of the incoming funds.

I personally think linking them is a better option for me rather than deleting the secondary transaction.... One additional question. I noticed when I categorize one of these transactions at a time, Quicken prompts me that it has found a matching transaction... which is great.... But, it seems that if I try to edit several of these records at once, I don't get the prompt. Does that sounds correct. Kind of a pain to do it one by one.
