What is the best way to reconcile after downloading several months worth of transactions?
I also have a number of Adjustments made when initially setting up Quicken Connect... Which I believe is causing balances in quicken to be very different than actual online balances.
Need help with the best way to reconcile.

If you have had to make adjustments, this strongly suggests that the starting balance of your reconciliation was off...it is usually not a good idea to just change that balance but rather to investigate to identify and correct the root cause (though this is not always easy or even possible).I recommend that you reconcile one monthly period at a time, preferably using statements issued by your FI/bank.
