Suddenly I'm getting the following message when I view the Portfolio X-Ray page:
"For your security, you've been logged out of the tool. You have to re-login."

Where is the login for Portfolio X-Ray???

I have the same problem. Timing is very bad for loss of this capability given the market volatility and the potential need to rebalance the portfolio. I hope this issue gets a "high priority" on the list given the implications to quicken users ability to react to stock market volatility.

:o So today I go to check my X-Ray analysis like I've done every week for 5 years, and all of a sudden it is locked out and says I need to log in again, with no way to log in. Others are reporting the same thing. And there is no quicken alert to tell us why this is happening or to get status. Quicken, can you get someone on this and make a status page? And community, is X-Ray working for anyone? I'm wondering if it is a system failure or something affecting only a few of us users.

I am having the same problem, called Quicken Premium Support and they advised that they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve this issue.

I am getting the following error when I click on the "Portfolio X-Ray" tab under Investing.

Can anyone please tell me how to relogin to the Morningstar account? I never signed up for one and there is no option in Quicken.

Portfolio X-Ray suddenly requires a "log-in". Can't see how to do that.

I'm getting the same problem. It says "For your security, you've been logged out of the tool. You have to re-login." It doesn't give any way of logging in a again and I'm already logged in to Quicken. What do we do?

Likewise. Same problem symptom, first observed Friday March 13th after 5:00PM CDT.
Select Portfolio X-Ray, then message "For your security, you've been logged out of the tool. You have to re-login." I have logged out of Quicken and re-login. No change in the problem symptom.
