:s Hello,
I upgraded to Quicken 2020 and have the latest patch. I can't connect to US Bank Internet Banking. I have deactivated and try to activate my accounts, but it can't connect. It tells me it's not my fault. The options I have are, 1) tried again or two enters in manually. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Steve Ashley,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your download issue, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this.
If you don't mind-- I will need some additional information to better assist you.
Are you receiving any error CC- or OL- error codes when trying to connect?
Also, when attempting to reactivate the account-- are you doing so by clicking on "Setup Now" button that shows after deactivating or are you going through Tools > Add New Account and linking it to the existing account?
Thank you,
-Quicken Anja
