crash with the 25.19 update, uninstall and reinstall to fix, no longer starts

After experiencing a crash with the 25.19 release, I uninstalled and reinstalled Quicken,. it went through an install and update and now does not start at all.

    I am running QUICKEN HOME & BUSINESS 2019 DOWNLOAD SUBSCRIPTION CANADA for Windows Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363.
    Based on NEW 3/29/20: Crash issue with Quicken Canada 25.19 Release, i uninstalled and reinstalled and no the product no longer stats

    The official Quicken Canada Release is still R22.35.

    I suggest you rollback to the earlier release: perform a clean uninstall, install while disconnected from the internet, and update.  To update, I suggest you download and apply an earlier Mondo patch: https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
