crash with the 25.19 update, uninstall and reinstall to fix, no longer starts

After experiencing a crash with the 25.19 release, I uninstalled and reinstalled Quicken,. it went through an install and update and now does not start at all.

The official Quicken Canada Release is still R22.35.
I suggest you rollback to the earlier release: perform a clean uninstall, install while disconnected from the internet, and update. To update, I suggest you download and apply an earlier Mondo patch: https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product

I suggest you attempt to open the application without loading the data file: press the Ctrl key while you attempt to open Quicken. If the application opens, I suggest you access a recent data file backup.
Otherwise, I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install, and update to latest release (R25.21). If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken To update Quicken, I suggest you download and apply the Mondo patch at: https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
If the issue persist, I suggest you rollback to an earlier release: perform a clean uninstall, install while disconnected from the internet, and update. To update, I suggest you download and apply an earlier Mondo patch: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html
To prevent Quicken from applying an update without your approval, I suggest you set Windows UAC settings appropriately (choose default or always notify).
