Quicken is only available for U.S. and Canada subscriptions. If you intend to use it in Thailand, the workaround I can suggest to you would be to purchase the U.S. version and change your currency preferences to reflect Thai Baht.

@datnguyen You can try to purchase a from an online retailer, such as Amazon; wether it's available to you depends on restrictions in your country. You may be asked to register a US address, but if you get a download copy, you can make up or use any US address. Users from other countries have reported that this works for them.

You will have to use Quicken in manual mode, as you won't be able to connect to banks, financial institutions and payees for bill payment as you can in the US and Canada, but if entering data manually is okay with you, you should be okay.
