I logged into my US Bank account online and was prompted to get a security code. After I did that and clicked through my accounts, the Quicken update worked.5

I am also having a problem. I am able to access my account on the web. The last successful download was April 10, 2020. When that download failed I I deactivated the account (as I have done in the past to troubleshoot) and have been trying unsuccessfully every day to set it up again. The Error code message is: AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (FI_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABLE:ccscrape.1050

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
