Paying Bills, Online Billers & Reminders (Windows)
Got message on "Bills & Income" tab - Attention! Important upgrade required for Online Bills

To Complete the upgrade you need to clear the tasks for the bills below.
Biller need to be removed. Beside the item it has "Remove". When I click on it says removed. But it is not remove.
