Errors and Troubleshooting (Windows)
I can't import transactions from Investex Credit Union starting on 4/1. Not on your list...
msapa
I've been getting the 501 error since 4/1 when trying to import transactions from Investex Credit Union. This started before the stimulus checks went out. The CU says their system is generating the file. I checked your list of CUs experiencing problems but my CU is not listed there.

- Have you tried updating the account individually (Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Update Now) instead of via OSU?
If that doesn't work, you might want to try resetting the account (Account Details > Online Services tab > Reset Account).
If that doesn't work, you might want to:
Backup your file in case something goes wrong.
Account Details > Online Services tab > Deactivate.
Account Details > General tab > remove all Financial Institution Information in the top right corner (area circled in red).
Account Details > Online Services tab > Set up Now
During the set up process you will likely get prompted to select what to do with the downloaded information. Be sure to select "Link" and select the account to be linked to.
This process might download some duplicate transactions. If that happens you will need to manually delete them.
I and others have reported that one of these 3 options often resolves CC-5XX issues.
Also, if you are running QW subscription, check to make sure your program is at least at R26.15 (Help > Check for Updates) and update it if prompted to do so.
If you get a message that you are running the latest revision and it is less than R26.15, you can download and install the subscription Mondo Patch from
https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
. This will update your program to the latest revision (R26.17...just released).
Some people have reported that updating their Quicken has resolved their OSU connection issue so maybe that will help you, too.

Investex also supports Web Connect, where you initiate the download from their website. Have you tried doing this ONCE ... as it sometimes shakes loose the cobwebs.

I've done all these steps multiple times throughout the month. It works for a day or so then stops again. I couldn't import from the old Win7 version, so bought a new Win 10 computer and updated Quicken to R26.15. I just ran the Mondo Patch and tried the update again. Now I'm seeing an additional import error for Fidelity. I always have a problem determining if it's my CU or Quicken. Any ideas how to make that determination?

Well, I tried all the above steps again, and I think it worked (again). We'll see how long it lasts. Thanks.

- I'm glad it worked for you. Don't be surprised if you experience some OSU issues with this CU and perhaps some others from time to time for a while per this Alert:
https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7873882/updated-4-14-20-multiple-credit-unions-are-returning-cc-502-102-errors#latest
.
BTW, the FI list referred to in this Alert is not a complete list of affected FIs. And the situation seems better now than it was last week but there are still some issues.
