I have been a Quicken customer for more than 10 years. I recently switched to the Mac version which has been great. I also like the budget feature to see how we are doing on a monthly basis. However is there a similar feature so that I can check our Year to date progress. Thanks,

I apologize, please allow me to be more specific in my explanation.
- Make sure "Budget as of" is set to start with January of 2020.
- The downward arrow next to 2020 in the darker column will give you the option for Budget Year-to-Date Totals to view all individual totals for each category as well as an overall total.
- The months February through May that I boxed in red will show you totals for each individual month (I was unable to include January since it was covered by the dropdown menu).
I hope this clarifies my initial answer and let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello @beachbaby14,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
Yes, you can view your budget in an annual vs monthly format.
Simply click on 12-month next to 1-month as shown below.
If you'd like to, you can also review this support article as well as view this YouTube video regarding Budgets in Quicken for Mac for additional information.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for your quick response. However you did not answer my question. I would like a third option on the menu bar called year to date. So now that we have gone through 4 months of the year, how am I doing for just the 4 months on each of the categories.0
