Why I get a Venmo Snyc error

I have not downloaded account transactions for about a month. Suddenly, when I try to update some specific accounts (my bank account, Discover card...but not on others like my Amex card), I get an error screen that says:

Account Sync Error
We had a problem syncing to this account:
Please try again. If the error persists, contact Quicken Support
General Error.

I deleted my Venmo account and set up a new one that I would manually update (giving it a different name). But I still get the error, and these accounts will not download transactions. When I tried to report the error, the system said there was an error, and that I had lost my internet connection (I hadn't).

Any ideas?
