ok, I am sure this is old for everyone, but I cannot get to my quicken data files due to an Intuit ID sign in. I don't have one and can't create one, it appears

Intuit sold Q several years ago. SO, the "Intuit ID" is no longer applicable.IF your software is asking for that ID (and not a "Quicken ID") it indicates that your software is SERIOUSLY out of date.If you have any idea as to which product year you have ... you can go to this site and download the latest patch will will bring your software up to as current as it can be.Based upon the notes at that site, I'm going to guess that you've got Q2017, so try downloading and then installing the R20.5 Mondo patch from there.
