Quicken not recognizing shares bought

On 7/7 I bought shares. The entry came in correctly when I downloaded from Fidelity. However, Quicken does not list them under holdings and my balance in the register is off by the amount of the missing shares. Yet Quicken keeps saying that my brokerage and Quicken agree on the shares.
