It does not show a sign-in screen.

I keep getting Check your internet provider when I try and open Quicken. It does not show a sign-in page. I cannot get it to give me an opportunity to input my information.

    Do you have firewall software that needs a configuration change to let Q thru?

    I tried changing the firewall. There is something inside of the program malfunctioning. I can see my program open behind it, but I can not get past the check your internet page. A couple of days ago our internet went down when it was trying to validate or be sure I had a registered version. Ever since then, it won't let me continue. I called Support and all they said was to Validate and Repair that did not work. They kept blaming it on the internet provider. I am sick right now and really need to work on the bills.
