Reconcile does not finish

About a week ago while balancing one of my accounts, I selected "FINISH LATER" in the Reconcile screen. Since that selection, when reconciling my various accounts (8), upon selecting "DONE" the "CLEARED" column remains "c" and not "R". Can someone tell me why and how to reset Quicken so "RECONCILE" finishes properly?

Hello @Dave Robinson,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this and have not received a response yet.
First, could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
If you haven't already, the first thing that I suggest you try is to validate your data file by following the steps below.- First Save a backup of your data file (just in case)
- Go to File
- File Operations
- Validate and Repair
- Validate File
- Ok
- Close the data log that will pop-up after the validation has completed
- Close Quicken
- Wait at least 5 seconds
- Reopen Quicken
- Try again to see if the issue reoccurs/remains the same or gets corrected
You can also try super validating which are the same steps as above except that you will hold Ctrl and Shift on your keyboard when clicking on Validate and Repair in order to get the option for Super Validate File.
Let us know how it goes!-Quicken Anja

After my question was entered, I did a validation and that went well. However, the issue persisted until I exited Quicken and opened it again. All was well.
Concerning the version... I have the subscription program and I always update to the latest available version. In this case, 2020 ver R30.10 Build 27.1.30.10
The problem is solved. Thank you.Quicken user since DOS 1.1 (1983)0
