How should I submit a question?

I've never done this before. How should I submit a problem for solution? Is there a document somewhere here that explains proper procedure or protocol? I would be happy to read y'alls documentation if needed.

You just did ask a question, just do the same thing again, but describe your issue in great detail.  Don't make the rest of us play twenty questions finding out the necessary information.
