Citi Bank Update Still generates CC-501 AFTER the Feb. 11, 2021 Fix was announced

Today (Feb 12, 2021), when updating my CIti VISA account (COSTCO Card), I repeatedly received a CC-501 error. This error was reported as "fixed" on Feb. 11, 2021. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to let us know you are still experiencing this issue, though I apologize for the trouble.
Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running>- Help > About Quicken
If you don't mind, could you please try deactivating the account(s) experiencing this issue and then reactivating through Add Account (not through Setup Now)?
Please, follow the steps found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, to reactivate through Add Account, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name and follow the prompts to connect. Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.

I've been getting CC-501 with Citi-Card since 9-Feb. Still no success. Reported error today.0

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
A "501" error will also require you to contact Quicken support for a review of the log files for a possible escalation to resolve.https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support
When contacting support, be sure to let me know how long you have been receiving this error.
