CC-501 errors with Bank of America and Discover

started seeing cc-501 errors with BofA and Discover this morning. no issues until today. FAQ says to escalate to Quicken to fix.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    As stated in this error-specific support article (and as you said) regarding error CC-501, if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will have the necessary tools available to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation in order to have the issue resolved successfully.

    This is a system issue, not a user issue.  One of the servers is screwed up.
